You can return a Gabriel(le) product within 14 days of purchase in the following cases:

• If the product does not fit you by any criteria (size, style, color or any other reason).
• If you have found a product defect, incomplete order, difference of the product from the one described on the website or other quality issues.

Return Conditions:

• You have saved the receipt,
• the product has not been used and is in perfect condition;
• all components of the product, labels, packaging, etc., are intact.

Refund Procedure:

• Fill out the refund claim form below.
• Your request will be processed within a maximum of two working days.
• A Gabriel(le) manager will contact you within two working days to clarify the details and organize the refund.
